So easy, so cheesy, and soooo delicious! Believe it or not, but yeah ... kimchi actually does make an amazing pizza topping.
Takes about 20 minutes.
1 loaf of sourdough bread (or bread of your choice)
Volcano Napa Cabbage Kimchi
Make like this:
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Mince garlic and place into olive oil. Slice bread into quarter inch slices. Brush olive oil and garlic onto bread slices. Lather on tomato sauce (be generous). Spread mozzarella (sliced or shredded, vegan cheese works too!) over slice. Place basil (and any other favorite toppings). As a final touch, add Volcano's Napa Cabbage Kimchi, sprinkle more cheese and place in oven. Leave until cheese begins to melt and brown slightly. Remove from oven.
