Kimchi with everything! Seriously, we eat kimchi with just about every meal, and we're constantly learning about new and creative ways to pair with this household staple. Now, dairy isn't part of Korea's culinary traditions, but thanks to advice from some of our friends at the farmers market, we tried this at home and WOW!
