Serves 2. Takes about 15-20 mins.
100 grams organic spaghetti (about enough to hold between forefinger and thumb)
1/2 cup napa cabbage kimchi or bok choy kimchi (chopped)
1/2 cup traditional marinara sauce
1/4 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1-2 tablespoon olive oil
Make like this:
Bring a skillet to medium heat and add olive oil. Lightly sauté garlic, then add onions. Continue sautéing until onions begin to soften. Add kimchi. Stir lightly and add marinara sauce to pan. Bring sauce to a low simmer. Pour over spaghetti and add your favorite garnish, then serve.
Add some bacon while sautéing onions for a heartier flavor. Top spaghetti with grated parmesan, parsley flakes, and for those who like little heat some red chili flakes.
