The secret to good kimchi starts with using the best ingredients available. That's our philosophy at Volcano Kimchi. We rely on the bounty of fresh and organic produce available to us here in the Bay Area, and on the local organic farmers we’ve come to know over the years. We brine our kimchi using just the right amount of French grey sea salt. Our kimchi sauce is made from a unique blend of organic vegetables and spices, with zero added sugar. A sprinkling of shiitake mushroom powder and bit of kelp add to Volcano Kimchi’s rich, umami flavor. We ferment in small batches before hand packing our kimchi in glass jars. Each jar is hand packed with care. Try a taste. We think you’ll LAVA it!
